Hij was een Indische geleerde en stelde de \u201eYogasutra\u201c samen, dat als basis van de praktijkleer wordt gezien.<\/p>\n<p>Als u regelmatig uw asana\u2019s traint, zal het geen enkel probleem voor u zijn ook de volgende uitdaging tegemoet te komen: de driehoek! Strek uw rugspieren en ontspan uw lichaam en geest.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Neem een gesloten positie in en zet bij het inademen de rechtervoet een pas terug. Draai de rechtervoet naar buiten.<\/li>\n<li>Bij de volgende inademing brengt u de armen in een T-positie (90\u00b0) met de palmen naar beneden.<\/li>\n<li>Bij het uitademen laat u de rechterarm naar beneden glijden en leg deze op het scheenbeen of op de mat. Heel belangrijk is het om niet direct teveel te willen. Wij zijn ook niet verder dan het scheenbeen gekomen!<\/li>\n<li>De linker arm wijst naar boven, zodat de T-positie intact blijft.<\/li>\n<li>Strek de rug en plaats de heupen zijdelings op de mat.<\/li>\n<li>Til de kin licht op totdat u uw uitgestrekte hand kunt zien.<\/li>\n<li>Adem 10 keer diep in en uit voordat u bij de daarop volgende ademhaling de positie loslaat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En, is het gelukt?
